I am pleased to announce that effective immediately, Ram Nair will take on the role of Head of Marine Practice for the MENA region, in addition to his role as Underwriting Manager for UAE. This is a new role for the region which ensures we are well positioned to build on our strategy of expanding ACE's marine portfolio.
As well as underwriting business for the Regional Office, Ram will now be the referral point for Marine insurance matters from other offices, including enquiries concerning risks over local authority limits and facultative reinsurance placements. He will also focus on growing our Marine book of business in the region.
