In accordance with the new insurance laws and regulations as defined by the Saudi Arabia Monetary Authority (SAMA) and the Capital Market Law and the Listing and Registration Rules issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), ACE Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company will be conducting an IPO between 18th and 27th April 2009. Subscription to shares under the IPO is only open to individuals having Saudi Arabian Nationality, under the terms defined by SAMA and the CMA and which are detailed in the prospectus.
