I am pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Beltran as Regional Manager - Property & Construction with effect from 15 March 2009.
Carlos joins the ACE MENA team from ACE Latin America, where he was in charge of the regional property portfolio. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes and has over 10 years experience in property and construction underwriting. I am very pleased to welcome Carlos to the region, where he will form part of the senior underwriting team based in Bahrain.
