ACE MENA Regional Office was established in 2006. Headquartered in Bahrain, the Regional Office coordinates the activities of the ACE group’s property and casualty businesses in the Middle East & North Africa and provides specialist technical support.

The MENA region is currently undergoing rapid growth and ACE’s expertise in Energy, Construction, Financial Lines, Property, Marine and Liability insurance provision, as well as our market-leading Accident & Health practice, means that we are well-placed to service the needs of clients and brokers.

ACE can trace a history in the region going back to 1948 when the current Pakistan operation first started business as a branch of Home Insurance.  Similarly, our joint venture company in Saudi Arabia, ACE Arabia, can trace its roots to 1974.  Building on this long heritage of serving local insurance markets, ACE MENA aims to develop new markets and bring innovative and tailored risk management solutions to the region, fulfilling our promise of ‘Insuring Progress’.
